        I see your orders and everything seems in order. You will be receiving the Fairhaven Whole Grain Fine Bread Flour and the Trailblazer High Extraction flours tomorrow.

        Use those to make your bread. You won’t need any other flours. I hope that helps. I’ll double check that your formulas page is rending correctly.

          I pick up my flour tomorrow and to prepare for my for my first bake I am using King Arthur whole wheat and bread flour. The modern formula calls for “whole grain bread flour.” I cannot find this product. Can anyone suggest a source?
