For me, having a freezer at our Hub would be tremendously helpful. I tend to go out of town a lot on weekends (especially in the summer) and keeps me from being able to get loaves to the hub on Sunday. Also, just for extra space so I can bake more. I can store 8-10 loaves in my current freezer but it’s one that leaves frost so I have to freeze in paper, get up early on Sunday, pull them out, defrost then bag and deliver. Having a freezer I can drive them to right after they are cooled and bagged would be super helpful.
