Food Banks – How To Record Your Recent Donation?

Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge/record your Community Loaves Donations. Generally, our baker donations are transported to your food bank on Mondays. We would like you to complete the donation acknowledgment within two days of receipt of your donation.

If this is your first time. Here are the steps for finding the donation form:

1. 1. Visit www.communityloaves.org
   2. Click the blue Food Bank Partner Login button below the general sign-in field.
   3. Select your Food Bank from the drop-down list
   4. Type your passcode – if you’ve forgotten it, please click Forgot Password
   5. You’ll land on your food bank partner page. There is a Donation Form button, which will take you to the Donation Acknowledgement page (see below)
