Sustainable Food Festival – Sample Bakers Needed

We have a special opportunity:

University of Puget Sound is hosting a Sustainable Food Festival on April 19th. We’ve been invited to have a Community Loaves table and share our mission work. We will need a few bakers to bake up our Energy Cookies, half size and a few bread loaves so that we can hand out samples to festival attendees.

They are expecting 100-200 visitors, so we need approximately 8 loaves of bread. We will slice and quarter them at the festival and 6 batches of cookies, will provide the mix and the labels. Although, the cookie could be “sampled” at a smaller size, it fits and presents so much better in its packaging. So, we will make full size cookies, but we will provide cookie mix and packaging to all those who are willing to bake the cookies. Any leftovers will be donated to the food bank.
