Now Baking Breader Together Energy Cookies!
For the past few years, we’ve been baking delicious honey oat sandwich bread for our neighborhood food banks and we’re thrilled to expand our giving with our new Energy Cookie.
Our baking brigade, just over eight hundred bakers strong, bakes up delicious and nutritious items to give to members of our local community.
Below is expanded information on our Healthy Grab ‘n Go Whole Grain Energy Cookie.
These cookies are baked in home kitchens and to a specific recipe/formula. As long as our bakers adhere to ingredient weights, these are the nutritional
highlights:
- Each cookie is 85g
- Each cookie contains just under 60% of your daily recommended whole grain requirement
- Each cookie contains 5g of fiber (18% of your daily allotment), 6g of protein, and 7g of fat
