When I first got mine I used spray oil. Then tested them without using it. No difference at all. So I stopped using the spray. I’m thinking that maybe at some point way down the line when they’re showing some wear, I’ll go back to spraying them.

(Over the years I’ve had several USA sheet pans and it took quite a long time and a lot of roasted vegetables and other things before I needed to use parchment paper.)

To answer my own question, no cooking spray or oil needed! The bread didn’t stick to pans at all and baked beautifully. 🙂

I just got a set of USA Pans, and I’m wondering the best way to grease them. The packaging says cooking spray is not recommended. For those of you that have USA Pans – what works best for you? Adding a little oil to the pans? Or not greasing them at all?

          Thanks!
