I would be interested in doing that!  Do you have a container to hold 25 pounds of flour?  I don’t have a food-quality container and would probably need to take my portion in the bag.  I live in Bothell and my hub is in Mill Creek, but I could easily meet you at the Mothership or another Eastside location.
I’m looking to split a 50 lb bag of the Trailblazer T85 flour with someone here on the Eastside (Redmond, Carnation, Woodinville, Kirkland, Monroe, etc). I want to be sure I’m using fresh flour for the loaves, but think that it will take too long to use up 50 lbs. I do like the per pound cost of the 50 LB bag.
