      A modification to the procedure that might help, increase the distance of the roller from the wall of the bowl. Instead of a finger’s width, go for two fingers width, about an inch. See if that helps.

        Any tips out there on how to avoid dough creep when mixing five or six loaves in the Ank? I can’t seem to avoid it, and I would really like to do more than four loaves at a time.
