Trailblazer has more “life” and makes the better food for your sourdough than ABC which is more processed and therefore has fewer nutrients.
What is your preference for flour to feed your sourdough starter?  I’ve been feeding a new batch from Katherine (for a baker) with Trailblazer and the results are much more lively and firm. I have primarily used ABC flour.
