Is anyone making these sourdough rolls for next weeks donation?
I baked mine today. I’d rate them decent enough to donate. I’m not sure the texture since I didn’t try them, but they seemed good. The recipe is for a large square pan, but I broke them into 2 of the Community loaf pans with 8 per pan. Total 4 pans. They might take a few minutes less than the recipe on the bake. Mine were plenty browned on the bottom, but nowhere near burned. I would just like to know others experience with them. I enjoyed being able to make a straight up sourdough recipe again. How did yours turn out?
