Mission Statement
The YWCA Central Area Food Pantry provides food to individuals and families in Washington State, focusing on Central and South Seattle. We believe having enough food to eat is a fundamental right and we work to provide client-focused services to people of all backgrounds, founded in respect.
About Our Pantry
- Home Delivery to 226 families each week
- In-person shopping on Wednesdays, serving 130 shoppers weekly
- Walk-up free pantry - distributes 3000 lbs of food each month
- Grab & Go bags for the houseless community
- Starter bags for new shelter clients
