Hands On Baking with Katherine

Are you looking to optimize your loaves, wish you had hands-on help and support? This event is for you! Let’s get the CL formula dialed in together. Join me in the test kitchen for a baking session and we’ll make some beautiful loaves together.

This will be a fast paced overview, if you can call three hours fast paced. The pre-ferment (levain or Poolish) will already be completed as well as the autolyse. This allows us to get straight to mixing, bulk fermenting and proofing.
