Bake Energy Cookie Samples for the Strawberry Festival!

We’re going to the Strawberry Festival on June 8th at Richmond Beach Community Park, with the hope of recruiting new bakers! We need samples to help lure the festival goers to our table. Can you donate a batch of energy cookies so they will know firsthand how delicious our whole-grain offerings are? Who could resist joining our baker brigade once they’ve tasted the goods?
Based on the expected number of festival attendees, we are hoping for a total of eight batches of cookies donated for sampling – we will provide you with the cookie mix, and you will send them unpackaged so they can be cut for sampling. Any extras will be packaged up and donated to Shoreline Hopelink after the event. Each volunteer spot is a placeholder for one batch; please sign up for multiple spots if you’d like to bake more.
The cookies will be needed the morning of the festival, and you can make arrangements with Cathy Martin. Once you have signed up for this task, you will receive an email connecting you with her.
