Hello all you beautiful bakers! This is my first batch and I have been studying the videos and the formula and am so impressed. I have one simple question and that is: how much water do I put in the oats? The formula lists the aggregate amount of water, not differentiated for Step 2 and 3. I would love some guidance on that. I am so looking forward to being part of this baking community!
