      I am usually baking 3 loaves. I use a Bosch mixer which can handle 6 loaves, but the dough gets so heavy I usually bake 3. Old muscles 🙂

          I’m having difficulty using the Excel worksheet. I don’t seem to be able to change the number of loaves from 1 to 3 or 4. Can I use the revised yeast recipe from earlier?
