Our new Classic Formula is now available in a less sticky, easier-to-manage recipe than our original formula. This formula uses a little more flour and a little less porridge. As always, weigh all ingredients to the exact proportions. The recipe is provided in Excel format, and you can scale the recipe to as many loaves as you wish to produce. You may also view the PDF of the batch size you would like to make.
