I seeking suggestions for controlling the dough when it starts to climb up the roller bar and into the bar and even over the edge of the bowl creating a clean-up issue. This happens to me when the gluten has fully developed and starts to hang up on the scraper, which then causes the dough to climb up the roller bar.
