Reply To: KitchenAid 7 QT

The motor just stopped in the middle of mixing.  The machine wasn’t hot (this was before porridge) so that’s confusing.  I let it rest for ten minutes and then started it up and it made an odd crunching noise.  Not good!  Since this is a new machine I fear it doesn’t have the sturdy metal parts inside like the old ones.  I’ll take it in for repair tomorrow and see what they say.  Thanks!
